INFECTIOUS DISEASE TRAINING

The Midstate Council for Occupational Safety and Health is 1 of 37 nonprofit organizations nationwide to receive a training grant from the Department of Labor for Workplace Safety and Health Training on Infectious Diseases, including COVID-19 hazards. This award derives from the Susan Harwood Training Grant Program and funding was made available by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

Training sessions are 2-3 hours in length and will focus on the identification and prevention of infectious diseases in the workplace. This new training opportunity is available to companies and non-profit organizations at no cost. Training is available at the MCOSH training center, online via Zoom, or at your site.
